Your jewelry will be sent shortly after receipt of your payment (3 to 8 days maximum) .
Cost: from €15 to €29 depending on your location (rates can be modified according to the postal rates in force).
Sending Postexport proposed by Post service. Traceability is possible by internet to exit the French territory and post export is delivered without a signature .
France Metropolitan :

Come visit us to pick up your purchases , our sales advisors are available daily from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. , Sundays and public holidays .
You can choose this option when finalizing your order . Identification you may be asked to collect your parcel.

Your jewelry will be sent within 72 hours after receipt of your payment .

Order Processing
Once your order is placed on our site , you will receive an e -mail confirmation . This message will indicate the receipt of your order by DamDom . Please check this carefully because it will summarize your order. If you did not receive this email or if it contained an error , please contact us quickly , indicating the number of your order.
All proposed "in stock" product are available on the site, but if for some reason we were unable to fulfill your order , we will contact you by e -mail .
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.
It is impossible to cancel an order already sent.
If you wish to cancel an order already shipped,
please refuse the package or we will reship it within 7 days , unopened and in original packaging.
Shipping fees and return will not be refunded .
Exceptions for making size
Damdom offers on rings its creator can order directly to your ring size . If you choose this option be aware that a maximum of two weeks may be imposed on us by our craftsman to be able to make your jewelry. So expect up to 15 days to ship your order in case of lay- size . Please note that according to the law on the right of withdrawal and return a modified item to the customer's request can not be exchanged or refunded.

Returns , exchanges, defects
All orders are packed with care , jewelry is well protected to prevent damage during shipping.
In case of packages that appear to have been damaged , we strongly recommend that you make a reservation with the carrier to verify the contents of the package and where appropriate, refuse . No exchange for a pattern of damaged package will not be accepted without a copy of the "reserve" and signature of the carrier .
If you change your mind , know that you have the time 14 days to return your order
( unused and in its original packaging) , to receive either a refund or an exchange of equivalent value .
For hygiene reasons, earrings can not benefit from an exchange unless real visible manufacturing defect or error committed by our reference services. The initial delivery fees will not be refunded. Do not hesitate to contact us because in some cases a good referral will be sent to you .
Please retain any proof of posting when returning goods as we may need to ask your proof of shipment if it does not get us.
